- your core strength and experiencing your authentic power
- choice, decision and surrender, and when to use them
- preventing the leaking your energy in relationships and situations
- non-attachment in difficult relationships
- speaking your truth without fear
- accessing inner guidance: downloading information, trusting your intuition
- discernment and making correct decisions
- basic self-care
- balancing body, emotions, mind and spirit
